Accessing your mail from Outlook for iPhone/iPad/iOS

Add an IMAP account:

  • Open Outlook (for iOS)
  • Tap "Settings" (bottom right)
  • Tap "Add Account"
  • Tap "IMAP"
  • Tap the "Show Advanced Settings" button at the top
Enter your information:
  • Email: you@yourdomain.com
  • Display Name: (A nice name for your account)
  • Description: (An optional description for this account)
  • IMAP Hostname: mail.yourdomain.com:993
  • IMAP Username: you@yourdomain.com
  • IMAP Password: (your email password)
  • SMTP Hostname: mail.yourdomain.com:587
  • SMTP Username: you@yourdomain.com
  • SMTP Password: (your email password, same as above)
Confirm (tap the check mark, top right).

Press "Login" if the next screen says "Unable to log in".
