Our service include two full weekly backups and incremental backups for the last 7 days.
A "full backup" stands for a copy of all you data (website, database, email) that is performed usually overnight, automatically, and without need for any configuration.
An "incremental backup" is a copy of all files that have been modified or created since the last full backup.
These backups are kept in an offline location, totally apart from the web service and email service.
This service is free of charge and included in all the standard plans. Customized plans requiring big disk space can be provided at extra cost.
In case you required a backup to be restored, there is a fee of one support hour.
